someone who produces standardised, cookie-cutter product references has no difficulty in sending a sample, the quantity of which changes according to the customer’s needs, as they just “pick” the required sample from the warehouse.
Our products are all customised, which involves very complex, critical and long processing, necessarily carried out only on the customer’s request, even for a sample.
The technological equipment that ozonises SAMPLING oils is able to assure the quality of the produced oils is identical to the eventual customised purchased batch but only very small amounts can be ozonised. In other words, it is not possible to supply samples over 30ml for every type of product due to technical/production reasons!

Delivery times owing to the technical requirements for customisation and analysis about 10-15 days.

The MSD and specification sheets shall be delivered together with the sample, since the analyses, tests and inspections used to prepare them cannot be performed before producing the special sample.
